Training Position

Studying for a specialist qualification is an investment in yourself, a personal development that you can utilize throughout your working life. For certain programs, Region Jönköping County has agreements with educational institutions regarding clinical placements. Since we are eager to fill these study groups, they are prioritized over other educational locations. If you wish to study at another educational institution, you also have the opportunity to apply for a training position. A prerequisite for a training position is that you have been accepted into the program.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and interested in developing in your role. We prefer that you have worked at least 1 year as a nurse. A training position can be based on part-time or full-time studies.

A prerequisite for the training position is that you have been accepted into a higher education program, please ensure the school's admission requirements on their respective websites.

Your Future Workplace

The Operations and Intensive Care Clinics provide surgical nursing, monitor, and provide intensive care for patients whose vital bodily functions are failing.

Within operations and intensive care, healthcare is provided with a focus on intensive care, anesthesia, surgical nursing, and postoperative care. The clinics are also responsible for anesthesia reception and sterile technique. There are eight intensive care beds at Ryhov County Hospital and four each at Högland Hospital and Värnamo Hospital.
